A virtual registered office is an address that you have registered in the public registers. This is the address you give on your invoice, for example. Every company or business is required to have its address and place of business at an actually existing address where it also has a post office box marked.
2. How can I order a virtual seat?
You can order a virtual seat by filling out an order form where you choose the services you are interested in and fill in the customer information. You can also place an order by email or phone.
3. How and when do I pay for the ordered seat?
When you place your first order, you will pay for the selected subscription period in the beginning when you sign the contract. You will then be invoiced for the next selected period before the end of the subscription period.
4. Who is the seat for?
Virtual Headquarters is a suitable solution for all types of businesses and all sizes of companies, as well as small entrepreneurs.
5. What if an inspection comes?
In case of an inspection from the tax office, trade register, or any other institution, we will inform you. We will also inform the control that you have set up a virtual office with us.
6. What is included in the basic service package?
The basic package includes all essential services that are necessary for the proper functioning of the company. We will mark the mailbox with your company name, issue consent to grant a registered office, receive and store your mail and also inform you of new mail.
7. How do I order additional services?
You can order additional services in the order form when ordering a virtual seat, additionally in the customer area or you can contact us by email at info@companyaddress.sk
8. What happens to my inbox?
We will store your inbox and based on your decision, you can come and collect it or we will forward the mail to the address of your choice.
9. How will I receive the owner's consent?
The property owner's consent will be delivered to the email address you provided in your order. The delivered consent will be signed with an electronic signature, which you can immediately use to register your registered office in the commercial or trade register. If you need to issue the consent in paper form, you can choose this option when ordering or contact us by email. There is a processing fee of EUR 10 for the issuance of the consent in paper form.
10. What is the minimum order length?
You can order a virtual seat for a minimum of 12 months.
